Who is the reseller program for?

We work best with consultants, implementation partners, IT service providers, and field-operations specialists who already advise customers in logistics, distribution, maintenance, delivery, public sector services, or mobile workforce operations.

Is this the same as the affiliate program?

No. Affiliates refer customers and track referral commissions. Resellers manage client accounts directly and may provide onboarding, configuration, training, integrations, and ongoing support services.

Can I manage existing Hellotracks customers?

Yes. A reseller can create an approval link for an existing client company. The client company admin must approve the relationship before the company becomes part of the reseller workspace.

How do billing, seats, and support work?

Reseller-managed clients can be tracked with commercial plan labels, allocated seats, used seats, and billing ownership. Support access can be enabled per client, allowing a reseller to open a short-lived support session when the client permits it.
